Carol Campayne
Carol is Manager Director of The Borderless Practice, creator of Borderless Coaching, architect of Different Women, Different Places, and on the Faculty of the Forward Institute and the NHS Leadership Academy.
With a reputation for delivering prominent diversity, inclusion, organisation, and leadership development programmes across the public, private and voluntary sector, Carol has established an international standing for successfully implementing organisational change at strategic and operational levels.
Carol’s bold ambition is to drive fundamental character change within organisations from the inside out by working with them to think differently, disrupt the ‘norm’, and shift mindsets. She excels at developing courageous, values-driven, globally-minded authentic leaders who are then able to create inspirational, high-performing, and inclusive cultures.
Carol has a BA in History (University of Ibadan) and MBA from Strathclyde University and is a qualified Executive Coach through the Coactive Training Institute (CTI) and Organisational and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC).

Paul Anthony
Paul is a Senior Consultant with the Borderless Practice. He has a long and successful track record in the design and implementation of individual, team, and organisation-wide programmes that deliver high-performing inclusive leaders, cultures, and systems. His varied career including roles in economic research, business development, and sales with leading financial institutions, as well as organizational development, executive coaching, and leadership development across the public and private sector.
His overriding passion is to serve, empower and transform his clients, against all odds, to grow and fulfil their potential, and maximise their authentic leadership, personal effectiveness, and business impact. He encourages leaders to shape their difference into valued-added distinctive assets and supports teams and organisations to develop cultures of inclusion.
Paul’s qualifications include a MA in International Business and a PhD in Economics from Reading University. He is also a qualified Executive Coach through the Co-Active Coach Training Institute, and a certified NTL (National Training Laboratories Institute) Organisational Development Practitioner.

Dr Huda Thakur
Dr Huda initially trained as a medical doctor. Throughout her work in emergency medicine in the UK and abroad in refugee camps and conflict zones, she developed a deep understanding of what drives the human capacity to not only survive but to thrive and to grow even in situations of intense stress.
This experience alongside further academic studies in applied neuroscience and psychology has been crucial in her work as an executive coach and facilitator for the last decade. She specialises in tapping into and leveraging an individual’s potential at a fundamental brain-based and values-driven level to facilitate insight and leadership growth. Huda is passionate about empowering her clients to live and lead with greater authenticity.
With clients ranging from start-ups, politicians, and C-Suite Executives across both public and voluntary sectors in the UK, Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia, she is reputed for her ability to bring awareness to and reform subconscious self-limiting beliefs and patterns of behaviour.
Huda also has a strong background in designing and delivering successful diversity & inclusion programmes across multiple industries. She specialises in the impact and management of racial trauma.
Huda obtained her MBBS medical degree and BSc. (Hons) in Developmental Science from Imperial College London, is a qualified Executive Coach through the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), is a qualified Team Performance Coach, holds a Distinction in Certifications in Psychodynamic Practice and Positive Psychology & Coaching Psychology, and has studied Mindfulness-based CBT through Oxford University.

Joshua
Joshua is a seasoned facilitator and executive coach with over a decade of experience in guiding individuals and teams towards personal and professional excellence.
With a rich background spanning multiple sectors including corporate, education, and charity, Joshua brings a diverse skill set when partnering with his clients. Having navigated the unique challenges of each sector, he is able to adapt and tailor his facilitation approach to meet the specific needs of diverse environments and is committed to creating inclusive and equitable spaces.
Joshua has facilitated the Ethnically Diverse Leaders Programme (ELDP) for a number of clients – our transformative leadership development experience designed to equip and inspire ethnically diverse leaders to more successfully navigate their organisation. He has also successfully facilitated dialogues on race with headteachers, recognising the importance of addressing diversity and promoting understanding in educational leadership.
One of Joshua’s key strengths is his extensive training in Advanced Transactional Analysis – a powerful psychological framework for exploring the intricacies of human interactions, fostering meaningful connection, and facilitating transformative change.
With a wealth of experience, a profound understanding of human dynamics, and a passion for constructing compelling narratives, he is a catalyst for empowering individuals and teams on their journey to success and fulfilment.

Jackee
Jackee has over 20 years’ experience as a leadership coach and facilitator, working with directors, senior leaders, board-level executives, and emerging leaders who are committed to investing in ongoing personal and professional development. She helps them improve overall performance and generate results and outcomes that maximise impact in a fast-changing environment.
Jackee’s portfolio career in organizational development includes a combination of a therapeutic understanding of human behaviour, a keen interest in reflective practice as a resourceful leadership developmental tool, and supporting individuals to become stronger, resilient leaders.
She has extensive experience in leadership and career advancement, along with coaching and facilitation around difference, diversity and inclusion, and challenging conversations. Her skills extend to and include design and delivery of accredited, high-quality coach training and leadership programmes, facilitating team coaching and action learning sets, women’s and ethnically diverse leadership and career advancement, and inclusive leadership development for senior leaders.
Key recent clients/projects include NHS Leadership Academy, Royal College of Nursing, International Coach Federation, University of West England, Babcock International, Northern Trust, and Bloomberg.
Jackee has a Post Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Lancaster University, a Diploma in Coaching Supervision, Diploma in Performance Coaching, and a BA (Hons) in Government and Politics.
