Paul Anthony
Paul is a Senior Consultant with the Borderless Practice. He has a long and successful track record in the design and implementation of individual, team, and organisation-wide programmes that deliver high-performing inclusive leaders, cultures, and systems. His varied career including roles in economic research, business development, and sales with leading financial institutions, as well as organizational development, executive coaching, and leadership development across the public and private sector.
His overriding passion is to serve, empower and transform his clients, against all odds, to grow and fulfil their potential, and maximise their authentic leadership, personal effectiveness, and business impact. He encourages leaders to shape their difference into valued-added distinctive assets and supports teams and organisations to develop cultures of inclusion.
Paul’s qualifications include a MA in International Business and a PhD in Economics from Reading University. He is also a qualified Executive Coach through the Co-Active Coach Training Institute, and a certified NTL (National Training Laboratories Institute) Organisational Development Practitioner.

Tina
Tina began working as a corporate role player almost 20 years ago for the United Nations – being mixed race (Pakistani and Dutch) and speaking fluent French meant that she was a very impactful member of the team.
Tina qualified as an Executive coach and continued to work in the corporate arena. For the last 10 years, she has worked as a Leadership coach and facilitator. She facilitates across public and private sector organisations and has delivered transformation training using bespoke role play, forum theatre, and one-to-one skills practice sessions on areas including personal impact, questioning and listening, delivering difficult messages, and assertion.
Key clients/projects include BT, Morgan Stanley, BlackRock, NHS Leadership Academy Mary Seacole, Edward Jenner, and Ethical Mentoring programmes; StellarHE, Aviva, and Bloomberg.
Tina is a Warwick University graduate with a BA Hons 2:1 in French and Drama.

Joshua
Joshua is a seasoned facilitator and executive coach with over a decade of experience in guiding individuals and teams towards personal and professional excellence.
With a rich background spanning multiple sectors including corporate, education, and charity, Joshua brings a diverse skill set when partnering with his clients. Having navigated the unique challenges of each sector, he is able to adapt and tailor his facilitation approach to meet the specific needs of diverse environments and is committed to creating inclusive and equitable spaces.
Joshua has facilitated the Ethnically Diverse Leaders Programme (ELDP) for a number of clients – our transformative leadership development experience designed to equip and inspire ethnically diverse leaders to more successfully navigate their organisation. He has also successfully facilitated dialogues on race with headteachers, recognising the importance of addressing diversity and promoting understanding in educational leadership.
One of Joshua’s key strengths is his extensive training in Advanced Transactional Analysis – a powerful psychological framework for exploring the intricacies of human interactions, fostering meaningful connection, and facilitating transformative change.
With a wealth of experience, a profound understanding of human dynamics, and a passion for constructing compelling narratives, he is a catalyst for empowering individuals and teams on their journey to success and fulfilment.
