What is StellarHE?
StellarHE is a pioneering, transformative leadership development experience for Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (Racially Diverse) Leaders in Higher Education (HE). It has been designed to equip you with the unique leadership competencies and strategies required to respond to the distinct challenges and opportunities you face as Racially Diverse Academic and Professional staff; and to inspire you to take on expanded roles, and pursue leadership and/or promotional opportunities more successfully. It is our belief that successfully navigating the Higher Education landscape and positioning yourself for promotion demands effective personal leadership of self, others, and the wider environment.
