The programme will be made up of two cohorts: Black & Latinx leaders (at the Senior Manager and Director levels) and Ally leaders (at the Director and Group Director levels). The two groups will have parallel and connected journeys, with some sessions together and others separate: 

 Black & Latinx leaders will also access a 360 assessment and two 1:1 coaching sessions. 

In addition to the facilitated workshops, participants will work in small groups on a ‘change challenge’ where learnings from the workshops will be put into practice to help solve real cultural issues.
