The YAM HR DEI Development Programme is an immersive, interactive, and experiential learning journey that will provide you, and other colleagues in YAM HR, with the mindset, knowledge, tools and skills required to positively shift Yara from where it is now, to where it wants to be in relation to the DEI agenda.

This online platform has been specifically created to support your learning and growth. It is the vehicle through which you can access and must complete a range of exercises and activities prior to each module. It also provides you with additional learning materials to read, watch and do.
